Note: if your file size is too big, your photo will fail to upload and it will subsequently say sold out. This is not the case, please either compress your photos or contact us and we'll organise your order for you!

PRE-ORDER INFO

The last day to place an order for our phone cases will be the 20th of September 11:59pm AEST. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks after this period. These times account for production, shipping and packing times. If you ordered multiple items along with a case, everything will be shipped in one package.

We will regularly update you via emails on the progress of your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

How To Order

1. Choose your phone case model

2. Upload your desired photo: ensure your photo is cropped to a 5:7 or 7:5 ratio so it fits within the polaroid

Photos to avoid:

• Dark/night time photos (unless a flash light is used or there is substantial lighting)
• Selfies where faces are too close to the edge 
• Photos with grainy filters 
• Square photos

Best photos to choose:

• Photos taken in natural sunlight

3. Choose whether to add text

All photos will have a natural Polaroid film effect and are printed on genuine Fujifilm.
